There’s no doubt about it, life is busy. Whether its juggling work schedules with our significant other, hurrying to grab the kids from school and get them to their next activity, planning a fun family weekend, or remembering therapy appointments, it can be tough to keep a smooth flowing weekly schedule.  Especially here in Hawaii – Does “Hawaii time” ring a bell? Even if we are lucky enough to spend our days at home with our children with homeschool, and create activities within the home environment it is important to create a schedule and stick to it.

Busy KidsConsistent schedules are important for parents and caretakers-but equally as important for the kids. Sticking to a familiar schedule can eventually lead to a more calm, balanced and stress free lifestyle for your kids. Each child is different, and requires different methods for keeping up with their daily activities.
